Tayfun Talipoğlu, was born in Kars in 1962. He studied Primary School Primary Schools in Malatya, sugar and Eskişehir Yunus Emre. Secondary School in Eskisehir, Ankara Atatürk High School, completed high school. Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University in 1983, graduated from the Department of Public Administration. Before life began in journalism as a reporter for the daily Milliyet Star 1, then as a news reporter and Bass String ATV program continued to prepare the offering.
