  1. I dunno though, I wish they would switch it up a bit. It’s always the same people, with the same style of photography. Ferragamo did something similar a few months ago. The Blonde Salad- yaaaawn! I would rather it was people who actually know and wear the brand or can offer a creative take on it (just sayin…)

But Larissa Bungo, an assistant regional director for the FTC, told The Times that "we think $40 million is a significant amount of money" and noted that it's far more than the $25 million Reebok was ordered to pay in 2011. That settlement was prompted by a similar lawsuit regarding the company's line of shape-up shoes and clothing that claimed to help tone the body.
I am reading this in bed, with my ankle elevated above my head awaiting surgery. On Dec. 1, 2012 I walked out my door, took a step and my foot rolled underneath me . . . I had Sketcher shape ups on. I have been in an extreme amount of pain since this injury and will have to have surgery as I broke my tibia in 2 place and my also fibula. Sketchers should do the right thing and take this darn shoes off the market....I am so mad that I fell for this gimmick about how they will help you tone up and so on, what a crock of hooey, all I got from this product by Sketchers is a broken ankle and LOTS of pain that isn't over yet. I have Physical Therapy to look forward to after my surgery. The RN in working ht ER said mine was the worst break she had seen with someone just out to take a walk. Sketchers are no good for your feet nor your body, I hope some will read this and decide not to buy them.
Wednesday's settlement also involves the company's Resistance Runner, Toners, and Tone-ups shoes and claims of deceptive advertising for those shoes as well.
