  1. I dunno though, I wish they would switch it up a bit. It’s always the same people, with the same style of photography. Ferragamo did something similar a few months ago. The Blonde Salad- yaaaawn! I would rather it was people who actually know and wear the brand or can offer a creative take on it (just sayin…)

tenis skechers
But first, to be fair, it's important to say a few good things about the Skechers program. They are donating shoes to a first rate non profit, Shoes4Soles, that delivers donated used shoes to impoverished areas all over the world. I wrote about Soles4Souls after the Haiti disaster here. Also on the Skechers webpage they have a link to their corporate philanthropy program, the SKECHERS USA, “Nothing Compares to Family” promotion, that ran through 2009, and starred popular celebrity families and benefits children's charities with ads breaking in celebrity weekly and fashion magazines.
I pointed out the shoes to Elizabeth and she immediately corrected me. “Those aren’t TOMS shoes,” she said, “The sign says that they are BOBS.” Indeed they were — BOBS shoes by Skechers. We went up to the display window and I stared, dumbfounded. The shoes looked almost exactly like TOMS shoes. Moreover, the font used for the name of the brand was quite similar in the store sign. On top of that, I could not help but remember how there is no such thing as coincidence and the fact that TOMS and BOBS have exactly the same number of letters and have that same vowel sound to them — aww.
Just wanted to do a follow up to let everyone know, to maybe give them hope. It has been a year since I stopped wearing my skechers. I noticed last week that my knees have stopped popping. Use to my knes would pop alot and lock up like they were going to dislocate. They still ache some. When it is a little bad I wear a knee brace. But they have gotten alot better than what they were. I don't know if they will ever be completely right though. Just wanted ya'l to know that maybe in time yours will feel a little better than it is now. Cause in the beginning I never thought mine would get even this better. Thank you.I have been wearing Sketchers for two years.. I have notice I didn't have anymore back pain.. But I Just recently bought a different pair of shoes and noticed my heel was starting to hurt. It now has been 2 months wearing these shoes and my pain is so much worse. I cant even walk bare foot at home. But I did notice that when I wear my tone up filp-flops my foot feels better.. An that's because my foot has already formed it self to the way the tone-up shoe is made..OMG!! So I started thinking and I put 2 and 2 together and decided to look on-line.. (Omg!! again) I didn't think these shoes would cause so much pain to so many people... Time to trash these flip-flops and never look back at Skectchers!!
