  1. I dunno though, I wish they would switch it up a bit. It’s always the same people, with the same style of photography. Ferragamo did something similar a few months ago. The Blonde Salad- yaaaawn! I would rather it was people who actually know and wear the brand or can offer a creative take on it (just sayin…)

skechers gorun 3
That pricing, paired with the all-foam outsole, all but ensures that I’ll only really consider buying the shoe if I find it heavily discounted. While I’ve enjoyed running in them and they remain among my favorites as far as matching my preferences in ride, my experience with Skechers running shoes with minimal or no rubber on the outsole is that they just don’t keep their tread/traction all that well over time and distance—I think my last pair of GoBionics lasted a year before I wore out the outsole—and I’m already a fairly small, lightweight runner.
Skechers billed its Shape-ups as a fitness tool designed to promote weight loss and tone muscles with the shoe's curved "rocker" or rolling bottom - saying it provides natural instability and causes the consumer to "use more energy with every step." Shape-ups cost about $100.
Skechers employed a “sole rocker” when they constructed the midsole of the first GOrun, and they have utilized the same design for the new model. The result is a midsole that is thickest just underneath the midfoot, generating a backward lean like a rocker (hence the name). The impetus for the design is to ensure that runners land naturally on their midfoot in order to decrease the odds of a harsh heel strike–something that often leads to nagging injuries. The sole rocker works jointly with Skechers M-Strike technology to encourage a comfortable midfoot strike. Resalyte, a lightweight, foamy mold, gives the shoe both cushioning and shock absorption.
